The Coalition of the Independent Scene – a network of independent artists, initiatives, and institutions from Frankfurt’s free arts and cultural sector – invites you to its annual assembly as part of the LICHTER Filmfest Frankfurt International.

In times of ongoing crises and precarious working conditions for freelance cultural workers, the coalition has been actively advocating for better conditions and greater visibility for several years. The assembly offers space for exchange, networking, and participation: alongside insights into current cultural policy demands, the program includes the election of speakers and discussions with invited cultural policymakers from Frankfurt.

Whether already involved or newly interested, all members of the independent scene are warmly invited to contribute and help shape the future of the free arts and cultural landscape together.
