But the prophecy for a resistance-free, friction-free, obstacle-free, efficient life, is also promoted and propagated by the tech bro-ligarchy, wannabe and actual dictators, and as it always has been, it’s in the minds and hearts of fascists and techno-utopians everywhere.

AI is the last in a list of tech acronyms diluting our trust in journalism, science, government and any type of actual professionals, “democratizing” the ability to manipulate reality, sow distrust and create a tsunami of anti-trust.

This panel will discuss how AI is used as an instrument of authoritarianism, the mechanisms and narratives around it and how we can effectively defend ourselves against it.
