The premise of the Dialogue of the Arts panel is that film is not to be seen as its own isolated form of art, but to bring in into open dialogue with other artistic practices. The panel seeks to bring together artists working across film, music, literature, visual arts and theory. What connects these fields, and what divides them? How do ideas come to be, and what happens when they shift between different art forms? This discussion focuses on collaborative learning in the face of contemporary challenges in order to find out how new technologies may affect artistic production, authorship and collaboration, and what role Artificial Intelligence plays in all of this. A dialogue on differences, commonalities, and the future of artistic practice.
