How do young people approach Rainer Werner Fassbinder’s films? And what role do the objects of a collection or archive play alongside the films themselves? Six teams of film educators and artists in Frankfurt (Main), Berlin, Vienna, Paris and Zürich approached these questions in collaboration with pupils, students, and other young people. Various film education formats, which provided innovative, artistic approaches to the collection in the DFF Archive Centre and its objects, were developed for this exact purpose. Guests on the panel include Alejandro Bachmann and Stefan Huber (Vienna), Nathalie Bourgeois and Michaël Dacheux (Paris), as well as Barbara and Uwe Dierksen (Frankfurt).
