The Surrealists, known in film mainly through cut-up eyes, most absurd stories and eerie imagery, were fascinated by the comedies of Mack Sennett and Charlie Chaplin - and by the theory of Sigmund Freud. The impressions from these sources they turned into their own films. Surprising confrontations, shocking combinations and loud laughter:
