In this visually powerful backpacker, on-the-road movie, Gæl García Bernal travels to Georgia as Alex who is in love with
Nica (Hani Furstenberg). Together with travel guide Dato (Bidzina Gujabidze) they travel through the Caucasian mountains. Dato guides them through a vast landscape, putting their relationship to the test.
The film was directed by Julia Loktev with the support of Hessen-InvestFilm. The film had its world premiere at the Festival of Locarno.
