Here you can find all information on accreditations for press, professional visitors and students.

Press Accreditation

The LICHTER Film Festival Frankfurt International allocates accreditations free of charge to journalists and media representatives from the fields of print, radio, television and online with a current editorial assignment. Please refer to presse@lichter-filmfest.de

You can pick up your accreditation passes starting on 27th March 2019, 5 p.m. at the festival lounge TOR Art Space (Allerheiligenstraße 2). A press accreditation allows free entry only to film screenings. To visit the screenings, you need a separate ticket, which you can receive by showing your accreditation at the box office of the respective venue. For sold-out screenings we cannot guarantee you entry.

Professional Visitors Accreditation

As a filmmaker or professional visitor, you can purchase an accreditation for the 11th LICHTER Film Festival Frankfurt International. The accreditations hold a photograph and cannot be transferred. Please refer your accreditation request exclusively to akkreditierung@lichter-filmfest.de until the 22nd March 2019 with these details:

  • Full company address, company profile and your function (a currently updatedwebsite can optionally also act as a job verification if you are named under “Contact“ or “Team“)
  • Filmmakers are to send a filmography or verification of membership in a professional association
  • Image/portrait with a max size of 3MB, labelled with name and surname (file title)

After receipt of your documents they will be screened swiftly. The screening process can take 1-2 days, so we ask you for punctual submission of your files. You will receive a binding confirmation or rejection by e-mail as well.

The LICHTER Film Festival Frankfurt International reserves its right to not issue an accreditation under certain circumstances.
